The rangefinder automatically displays the distance to the front, center, and back of the green from your current location.
As a result, you can quickly learn the distance to the pin, the left dogleg, the sand trap just short of the green, and the tree that's just waiting to vacuum up your approach shot. The powerful rangefinder displays the information on a high-resolution 2.2-inch color screen, with full-color custom mapping. This gives you a vivid "down the fairway" perspective for easier and better course management. Best of all, the XGC+ is preloaded with more than 16,000 North American golf courses ready to use right out of the box. No membership fee is required to use the XGC+, and no course downloads are necessary to get started.

I really like the device for the limited functions I used! I bought the device from Amazon USED and I could not down load any of the Golf Course information from iGolf. The USB cable and the battery charger are one in the same, it would let me charge the battery and never let me down anything. Amazom sold it "Like New" so I still have the warrenty to fall back on. That is were the device is now, getting overhauled at Bushnell. Not sure how this will fare out, just cost me an extra twenty dollars for shipping and handling to Bushell so far. Hit them straight....

The product is very impressive, yardage are very accurate.
The course map feature is very good, one has to download the course maps from website. If ones does not want detailed maps the product is ready to use out of the box. I believe with one charge you can play 2 rounds of golf. The gps is light and very easy to carry, the display is also very good under all conditions.

This is my first golf GPS and I am very happy with it. All the features were easy to use and remember once I read the instructions online and tried them a couple of times. When you are around the green sometimes it jumps to the next hole but it is easily returned. Course maps are easy to find and download. I recommend this product.
