I did like the aesthetics of a white putter from ones I had previously tried and this one is just Aces. Great Design, Great Feel, overall best value I have seen for a putter, nice durable case included. The White Contrast on the green is very effective, the weight and cutouts are well balanced for a smooth stroke through the shot. The Grip is soft and somewhat tacky and overall is very comfortable. The angle facing the top can be a bit awkward for those who've never used this design but feels natural once you've had a few swings. I am very pleased with the purchase, makes the game more enjoyable. Always remember, Drive for Show and Putt for Dough. Some Minor Issues would be that the putter is a bit noisy when striking but not a deal breaker. The ID tag/sticker near the putter head is a bit hard to remove when first getting it. It has a heavier feel to it much like the Odyssey White-2 (my fathers putter).When I got the golf course, I was purposely setting myself up for longer and more challenging putts. On the first hole I drained a 35ft putt with a right to left break, I thought it was luck, but I did it again on the second hole, third one though I set it up about 3 inches from the hole. Overall I would say that it is exactly what I was looking for, especially for the price. The head cover isn't bad either. |
