Bought this product after purchasing Jim Karas Petite Advantage Diet book - the straps are only able to be used on doors closing towards you which also have to have enough room in front of them to perform the exercises - this significantly limits their use and was NOT MADE CLEAR in the product description or the book!! also the straps require much adjustment between exercises - which is not made clear either, nor are you directed at how to adjust them you have to examine the photo in the book - which defeats the purpose of interval training since you spend so long adjusting between exercises. Was also NOT PLEASED that it cost $5 to have them shipped and $10 to ship them back!!! very frustrated with the entire purchase.

When I purchased this product, I thought it would be easy to use and that I could use it on almost any door in my house. Wrong! Not only did it NOT come with instructions on how to put the straps together, but it won't work on my doors. The doors have to be on the inside of the frame and close towards you. The problem with that is that you have to have a lot of space to do the exercises. And, that only leaves a limited place to "install" the straps. The video that came with the straps shows a door in the middle of the room. Who has one of those? Plus, the "exercises" went so fast that it was hard to even keep up. They weren't even really exercises, but just a few examples of how to use the straps. So, when you do get the straps together and find a door they will fit on, the video doesn't tell you if you are even doing the "exercises" correctly. I am seriously considering returning this item.

Excellent product -- the straps work well and really help mobilize all of your muscles during a workout. I did not have any problems putting together or attaching to door.
I'm now adding to this review -- a few days later. These are amazing exercise tools -- I can feel a complete difference in my core muscles and posture after using these a few times, for only 20 minutes each time. Such an easy and quick way to engage a lot of muscle groups. A great purchase.
