The 100 Year Anniversary Heavy Bag Kit from Everlast includes an 80-pound Polycanvas Heavy Bag, Pro Style Training Gloves, and Pro Handwraps. Built for powerful workouts, the heavy bag features a Nevatear layered matrix technology of synthetic leather and webbed vinyl to take the heaviest punches. The heavy bag measures 46 inches high by 13 inches wide and can be suspended from a ceiling or other solid, elevated anchor.

so this is the first heavy bag i've bought and it's great! I have to say it's really nice and a great weight to start. I am personally training to box and it is great to use and even lift with sometimes. I love everything except for two very minor gripes with the bag.
First: The stitching isn't complete on the top of the bag for mine at least which if beaten the right way for a long enough single exposure an lead to some of the stuffing coming out of the bag, but i placed tape over top and it's fixed!
Second: The stuffing in the bag sinks to the bottom so there are some inconsistencies when punching the top of the bag as opposed to the bottom. Not a huge deal just a little awkward at first.
Overall this is a great package and the price is almost unbeatable i highly recommend this package! (P.S.) I highly advice getting everything to hang the bag as well.

I'll give you people a real review of this product. Out of the box the bag looked great! It's built well for a "at home" bag. After 4 weeks of beating on it every day the top 1/3 of the bag is soft as pie. I do leg kicks on the bottom 1/3 and it has held up fine. The nylon straps look pretty cheap, but have held up fine. The hardware is cheap at best. I broke both quick hooks it came with. The Gloves in the kit are for a child/women. I'm a medium size guy and my bare hands wont fit in them, let alone with wraps on! My 6 year old loves to use them! The wraps are JUNK! The kit says there 180".. But they are the 108" and are too small for me to wrap properly. They are the non elastic cotton and you can get a pair for $5 that would be much better than these. To sum it up. Great bag for at home partial use. If your not a small person, the gloves and wraps will be useless to you.

I have wanted for years something to throw punches at, being disinclined to punch holes in the walls or fellow human beings. This bag sure fills the bill. I got it as soon as I realized that I could hang it from my Bowflex machine. I'm including a picture, in order to show the relative dimensions.
