My kids love it and I feel good swinging them with this product. After doing a lot of research out there on these swings these were a good buy too. Highly recommended.UPDATE: 3 Years Later sitting in all kinds of weather, and these are still in the shape they were when I bought them. The color hasn't even faded. Unfortunately I no longer need them, however I'm amazed of how they've stood up with the different climate changes. She's very independent, so I thought she may not like getting into the swing; but once she tried it she was hooked. She loves the swing. I think it makes her feel more secure, she just seems to be able to enjoy herself more than on the regular swing. Which makes mom extremely happy. I love the swing, it's durable and it looks great on her play set. We love it. It is easy to fit a chain onto and hang up on our swingset. There was hardly any work involved. Just make sure you know that you'll need your own chains. Also, there was a mishap in the shipping process. After I contacted customer service I was kept in constant communication with them about the issue. First they sent me emails regarding what had happened (Fed Ex's fault--not theirs by the way), then they offered to refund or ship out another seat. We opted for the re-shipment and they gave us a new tracking number--it arrived within 2 days. Very satisfied. |
