It is amazing.I used a roll of the standard KT Tape when I injured my hamstring, and it helped me to get back in the game without being in pain. I was injury free for quite a while, but when I started having sharp knee pains, I returned to KT Tape. Unfortunately, my old roll of the normal stuff was nearly gone and it was only lasting about a day on my knee before it started to peel up on the corners. I didn't know whether to blame the location of the tape application (knees can be more difficult on adhesive than hamstrings) or the shelf life of the glue (the roll was well over a year old), but it wasn't working for me. I saw a tweet from @KTTape about a free sample of a new Pro version, and I was intrigued. My free sample arrived quickly, and I gave it a shot on my knee injury. They seemed to have solved the problem of adherence the previous one had. Finally! I was about to adopt Mueller tape...The new application videos they have posted are also very useful.
