I've got high arches AND arthritis in the balls of my feet (I jammed both big toes at different times). The cushioning in these insoles is thicker and better than anything else I've tried. The ONLY thing I would change is that I would like a slightly higher arch (for example, the hight of the arch in their Adapt insoles). But as they are, they're absolutely wonderful. I wear them in all of my shoes - running, workout and work.

Just bought these insoles after YEARS of trying almost every insole out there. Believe me when I tell you these are the best out there......by alot! Great cushion, while still offering support. You wont be disappointed.

i purchased a pair of men's sof sole( airr )with a pair of nike air monarch from finishline shoe store today.and when i tried the shoes on w/out the soles they were average,i told the guy i needed the shoes for running.the sales guy slipped on these sofsoles and pow! it made a huge difference. 1 year warranty on the inserts i paid 25 dollars. and now i feel like im 22 agian. i highly recommend them.fyi, im 35.i will give you more feed back soon. get them!
